Welcome guys to 'THE DAILY SAMEER'. How are you all, hope you are doing well.
Today, I came up with the idea to how to remove distractions because this is the thing by which we all are fighting daily.

In this period of the 'Corona Virus', most of the people are still in their homes. However, in many countries, Lockdown is ending but the situations aren't still in control.

Malls, shops, industries, etc are opening but the School  & colleges are still closed. So, students also have to face these problems. 


They want to study a lot but most of them can't read. They don't know how time goes & at the end of the day, they start to regret themselves. They decide that they will not waste their time tomorrow but again tomorrow the stories go the same.


Then the question arises is who pull them not to study? What's the reason they can't focus upon the study? Whatever it may be How can I overcome it?

WHAT IS distractions FOR YOU:

The reason why we can't focus on our study, ambition, or anything else is 'distractions'. distractions can be of any type according to the profession, passion ambition, interest, etc. Let me explain it to you by some examples.

For a student, distractions maybe social media, gossips, their friends also. But on another hand suppose a person who is a YouTuber, Facebook Engineer, etc. At this time, is social media  a distractions for him? 

Absolutely NO. It is a career for him. So, distractions changes from person to person. But one thing which is common in all is its consequences. It ruin your attention or your focus by shifting your attention to something else. 

Means you are involved in some work suddenly your phone beeps and your attention transferred to it and you would start using it. That's how your focus transferred or decrease.



Everyone know this. But the challenge is how to overcome it means how to remove the distractions. 

So, I will try to make you understand the theory behind this. So, that you can drive out you from it by yourself.

Because it's 'YOU' who can make a change no one else. If someone says, "I will make you successful" then he is wrong because if you don't want a change in your life, no one can do it for you.

HOW TO REMOVE distractions:-


Before taking any action, I would suggest you know what is a distractions for you because it is good to know the enemy before attacking them.

So, take out some time for yourself from your busy schedule & sit in a peaceful place without any gadgets such as smartphones, laptops, etc & dream your vision, dream what you want to be with your open eyes.

 Think about what should be done to achieve it & what's a barrier in achieving this? Before visualizing your dream think do you really want it or you influenced by someone.

You should have a burning desire because we don't get what we want, we get what we must & must want. 

The reason why we get distracted is that we want to get distracted. 

We must have the courage to say 'NO' to those things which are not going to help in our ambition not completely but as much as possible.

We must give priority to our vision & dreams. Do one thing at a time. Think of one thing at a time. This a key to concentration. Look at anyone in any field. The one thing which is common is 'DEDICATION'. 


They are ready to put all the effort into it to achieve it. You have to sacrifice your today for a better tomorrow. Pain today for Proud tomorrow. If you want to shine like a sun, you also have to burn like it.

 If you have the dedication to your work, to your passion, then no distractions can distract.  
 

Science says that if you want to achieve mastery in anything, you have to put 10,000hrs in it. So, let's think we have been practicing the distractions since childhood. 
We had put more than 10,000 hrs in it. Then we have achieved 'mastery in distractions'.
However, it is never too late, we must change it, we must shift our mind to our goals without being distracted.

distractions can make your mind a monkey & your mind will start jumping from one tree to another tree i.e. from one thought to another thought. 

So, beware of monkey mind & Beware of distractions

So, it depends on you which type of mastery do you want?
  • The mastery of distractions,  

                       or

  • The mastery of your goals.
